Ordering your portrait
To order a custom pet portrait please email me at [email protected] or message me on Facebook or Instagram. Let me know what size you have in mind, and wether you'd like multiple pets included. If you have something more bespoke in mind, I'm always happy to provide a personalised quote.
Reference photo requirements
I can work from any photos new or old, although an ideal photo would be in natural light, face on and at eye level. Feel free to send me as many photos as you like and I can help you choose the best one to use if you wish. The more photographs you send me the better, as it helps me get the personality and the character of your pet. If theres certain parts of another photo you would like I can implement that into the portrait, for example if you prefer the colouring in one image but like the pose in another I can definitely do that for you.
I completely understand that in some cases, especially for memorial pieces, high quality photos may not be available. In these situations, I will work closely with you and use any reference images provided to create the most accurate and meaningful portrait possible.

To secure your booking, a £50 deposit is required. This can be paid via PayPal or bank transfer. The remaining balance is only due once your portrait is complete and you're 100% happy with the final result. Payment plans are also available, allowing you to spread the cost in a way that suits you.

UK shipping is £10-£15 depending on the size of the portrait, sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. I also ship worldwide- please get in touch for an international shipping quote. All portraits are carefully packaged and sent fully tracked.
Gift vouchers are also available if you'd like to purchase a portrait as a gift.
